You'll receive an invitation email from your instance administrator. Follow the link to set your password and complete your first login. For more details, see the Access and login section.
From the login screen, click "Forgot password" and enter the email address associated with your account. You'll receive instructions to reset it within a few minutes.
The platform supports the main image formats (TIFF, JPEG, PNG, RAW), video (MP4, MOV, MXF), documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX), and audio (WAV, MP3, FLAC). Additional formats can be configured on request.
